2025 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing Le Monstre Package Pushes Super Sedan Pricing To Nearly $200K

The 2025 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing Le Monstre is aptly named, as the CT5-V Blackwing is, in fact, a 668-horsepower monster. It’s the perfect pairing between the luxury marque’s rich history and latest V-Series offering. Dare we call it poetry in motion? Perhaps. Regardless of the connections one wishes to make, literary or otherwise, there’s one thing that’s irrefutable: this thing is expensive (at least compared to other new Cadillac sedans).

Perspective certainly plays a role when it comes to assessing value. After all, the incoming Cadillac Celestiq starts at a whopping $340,000. However, the $32,500 price tag on the Le Monstre package is nearly enough to cover the cost of a brand new 2025 Cadillac CT4 in base Luxury form. It also equates to more than one-third of the 2025 CTV-V Blackwing’s starting price. Additionally, the MSRP of a fully loaded model equipped with the Le Monstre package AND the new-for-2025 Precision Package is more than double its base MSRP, pusing it very close to the $200,000 mark.

The CT5-V Blackwing Le Monstre Edition is all about the historical significance of the namesake model. Cadillac knows that only a select few have the capacity to fully appreciate the CT5-V Blackwing Le Monstre Edition for what it is, and that even fewer are willing to make the investment. As such, production is limited to just 101 units.

In addition to the exclusivity, Cadillac has also bestowed the CT5-V Blackwing Le Monstre with content that pays homage to its racing heritage, specifically its debut at Le Mans 75 years ago. The features, along with the corresponding production codes (in parentheses), are:

  • Tinted Blue Carbon Fiber 1 Package (CFZ)
  • Tinted Blue Carbon Fiber 2 Package (CFV)
  • Magnus Metal Frost exterior paint (GBL)
  • Blue Brembo brake calipers (J6B)
  • Gloss Black nameplates (RIK)
  • Black lug nuts and wheel locks (SPY, SPZ)
  • Unique front sill plates (C3Q)
  • Santorini seat belts (37V)

Aside from the above enhancements, the CT5-V Blackwing Le Monstre edition is identical to all other 2025 CT5-V Blackwing models. It features the same hand-built, supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine (production code LT4) as well as the same two transmission options (10-speed auto or six-speed manual), Magnetic Ride Control (MR 4.0) suspension, Brembo braking options, and so on.

A common misconception is that the Le Monstre package includes the contents of the Precision Package. We can confirm that this is not the case, though buyers do have the option to add both packages. For reference, the Precision Package is priced at an additional $18,000.

If you ask us, the Precision Package is a must for those who are fortunate enough to order their very own Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing Le Monstre Edition.
