The 2025 Cadillac Escalade was the lucky recipient of a major mid-cycle refresh, consisting of a revised front end, an overhauled cockpit, more tech, and the deletion of the diesel engine.
Now that the online configurator is live, Cadillac Society decided to check every possible box we could find on the options list to find out how much the most expensive 2025 Cadillac Escalade costs. To start, we selected the Escalade-V ESV which, at $164,990, has the highest starting price of all 2025 Escalade configurations. The ESV is the long-wheelbase variant of the high-performance Escalade powered by the supercharged 6.2L V8 engine (production code LT4) producing 682 horsepower and 653 pound-feet of torque.
We then ticked the following options: one of the two most expensive exterior colors – $1,225 for Radiant Red Tintcoat or Crystal White Tricoat, plus the Executive Second Row Seating Package (production code ABV). Most of the other options that make the price climb are dealer-installed (LPO-level) options, including the Onyx Package (production code PDB), Cargo Convenience Package (production code PDP), and the Floor Liner Package (production code PDF).

In all, our fully loaded 2025 Cadillac Escalade-V ESV stickers at $182,688. Adding the destination freight charge brings it to $184,683, which is almost $100,000 more than the base price of the 2025 Escalade, which starts at $89,590 in standard wheelbase form and $92,590 for the Escalade ESV.
Compared to the 2024 model, the 2025 Cadillac Escalade incorporates design elements first unveiled on the all-electric Escalade IQ, including a new front fascia with new signature lighting.
Inside lies more significant changes, including the addition of another feature that was first seen on the Escalade IQ: the massive 55-inch pillar-to-pillar display, comprised of a 35-inch driver display and a 20-inch screen for front passengers.
Other highlights include a power door-close feature, 5G connectivity, and the AKG Studio audio system offering up to 40 speakers, dependent on package. Super Cruise is standard in all Escalades for the 2025 model year.
Non-V-Series Escalades make use of the naturally aspirated 6.2 V8 gasoline engine (production code L87), rated at 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. Scant popularity for the diesel means the 3.0L I6 turbodiesel Duramax engine has been discontinued after the 2024 model year. Meanwhile, the Escalade-V makes use of the supercharged 6.2L V8 gasoline engine (production code LT4) rated at 682 horses and 653 pound-feet of torque.
As it has since the 2021 model year, the 2025 Escalade rides on the T1 platform and production takes place at the Arlington plant in Texas.
