Some 2024 Cadillac CT5-V Buyers Were Mistakenly Charged For A Sueded Headliner

Cadillac has issued a Customer Satisfaction Program (CSP) to reimburse certain buyers of the 2024 Cadillac CT5-V, who may have been mistakenly charged for a sueded headliner that they did not purchase or receive.

The CSP is tagged with number N242456060, and states that the problem will be corrected by offering a $550 reimbursement to buyers of the 2025 Cadillac CT5-V who were subject to the incorrect charge. Cadillac did not indicate how many buyers were wrongfully charged for the sueded headliner they did not receive.

Note that the Sueded Microfiber Wrapped Interior Trim Package (production code IWE), which is optional for the 2024 Cadillac CT5-V, is priced at $550. This package is only available in conjunction with the $3,920 Premium Package (production code PDK), which must first be added to the high-performance luxury sedan. The Sueded Microfiber Wrapped Interior Trim Package also requires one of the following interior colorways (relevant production code listed in parentheses):

  • Jet Black with Jet Black accents (H2X)
  • Jet Black with Jet Black accents (HEA)
  • Whisper Beige with Jet Black accents (HND)
  • Sedona Sauvage with Jet Black accents (HZK)

Additionally, the Sueded Microfiber Wrapped Interior Trim Package is included as part of the $6,540 Platinum Package (production code PCJ). It’s likely that owners of the CT5-V who opted for this package were mistakenly charged for the Sueded Microfiber Wrapped Interior Trim Package as a separate $550 option when they should not have been.

As a reminder, the Cadillac CT5-V is offered with either a rear-wheel-drive (RWD) or all-wheel-drive (AWD) powertrain. Regardless of powertrain configuration, the 2025 CT5-V is powered by the twin-turbo 3.0L V6 gasoline engine (production code LGY) rated at 360 horsepower and 405 pound-feet of torque, mated to Cadillac’s ten-speed automatic transmission.

Looking ahead, the 2025 Cadillac CT5-V has been treated to a midcycle refresh, featuring an updated front end and completely overhauled cockpit. Pricing for this model starts at $58,390, as previously reported by Cadillac Society
