The 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ offers quite a few premium options and packages, including the all-new Executive Second-Row Seating Package, a first for the Escalade nameplate. This package upgrades the second-row seats with a myriad of creature comforts and luxuries, and below, Cadillac Society reveals exactly what is included in this pack.

Offered as an option for the 2025 Escalade IQ Luxury 2 and Sport 2 trims, the Executive Second-Row Seating Package (production code ABV) is a $7,500 extra. It is unavailable on the Luxury 1 or Sport 1 trims.

Content included in the package is as follows:

  • Rear Command Center
  • Second-row captain’s chairs (AL4)
  • Second-row ventilated seats (KUF)
  • Heated second-row cushion and seat backs with dual-mode switches (KCF)
  • 6-way power second-row seat adjuster (ACS)
  • 4-way power lumbar second-row seat adjuster (B1X)

It’s important to note that opting for the Executive Second-Row Seating Package requires that the Rear Seat Entertainment System (production code UW9) also be selected. This package, which adds $1,995 to the overall cost of the Escalade IQ, bundles the following:

  • Two 12.6-inch touch-screen displays mounted on the back of the front seats
  • HDMI connection
  • Web browsing
  • Vehicle information
  • Bluetooth headphone pairing

Together, the Executive Second-Row Seating Package plus the Rear Seat Entertainment System add $8,725 to the overall cost of the 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ. And speaking of pricing for the Escalade IQ, Cadillac Society reported just yesterday that the full-size luxury SUV will start at $129,990 for the base Luxury 1 trim, while the priciest model in the lineup is the Sport 2 trim, which carries a $150,490 price tag.

As a reminder, the 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ rides on the BT1 platform and is capable of delivering a maximum 450 miles of driving range on a single charge, along with 680 horsepower and 615 pound-feet of torque in Normal Mode. Engaging Max Mode coaxes 750 horsepower and 785 pound-feet of torque from the electric driveline.

Assembly of the luxury electric SUV will be handled at the  Detroit-Hamtramck plant, now known as Factory Zero, with the start of regular production (SORP) is expected to kick off in early October 2024.

  1. It my be expensive to simple buyers, but the wealthy will buy it because this electric Escalade is silent and burns no gasoline. Watch for it at the next “Red Carpet” show before the Academy Award.
