The 2024 Cadillac XT4 brings a much anticipated mid-cycle refresh to the luxury crossover, bringing a restyled exterior and interior, as well as a handful of new packages and other options. Two of these new options are new accessory grilles:
- Grille with Galvano surround and Galvano finish (production code SJA)
- Grille with Black surround and Black mesh (production code RZ9)
Both of these optional grilles are LPO-level, or dealer-installed items. Opting for them will replace the XT4’s production grilles, of which there are two: one for the Luxury/Premium Luxury models, and another for the Sport model.
The grilles are available to order only for the Luxury and Premium Luxury trims, but not available for the Sport. Pricing hasn’t been revealed as of this writing.

Those optional grilles will be framed by a refreshed front end, as the 2024 XT4 has been outfitted with a redesigned set of LED headlamps stacked inside a set of larger, more prominent vertical lighting signatures along with horizontally-oriented turn signals. The grille itself has also been revamped over its 2023 model year predecessor, right down to the front bumper cover’s new surface development.
Behind that redesigned front end, the 2024 Cadillac XT4 retains the current model’s single engine option: the turbocharged 2.0L I4 engine (production code LSY). The boosted gasoline four-cylinder is rated at 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, and is mated to the nine-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel-drive is standard while all-wheel-drive is optional. Production of the 2024 Cadillac XT4 takes place at the Fairfax plant in Kansas.

What the Hell is Galvano? Is that like Corithian leather?

The 2024 Cadillac XT4 does not come with Front Parking Assist. We discovered this after we purchased it. Very sad and will have to take this up with Cadillac and GM. They retrofitted 2022 and 2023 with it but for some dumb reason they did not include it with the 2024. I think many owners are going to get very mad.
