Here Is The Refreshed 2024 Cadillac XT4

The 2024 Cadillac XT4 has finally received its long-awaited mid-cycle refresh, bringing an updated exterior, interior and a slew of new tech features to the small luxury crossover.

The vehicle sports a new front and rear end design, featuring a refreshed grille design and new LED headlights, which are arranged in the luxury marque’s signature vertical lighting cues. Additionally, this refresh brings a host of brand new wheel designs to the luxury crossover, with new 18-inch and 20-inch options that are available in new hues such as Emerald Lake Metallic, Midnight Sky Metallic and Deep Sea metallic.

However, the trim level lineup remains the same, consisting of the base Luxury trim, followed by the Premium Luxury and Sport trim levels per the marque’s Y trim level strategy. Each of these three unique trim levels features its own distinctive exterior design elements to set it apart from the others.

The 2024 Cadillac XT4 features a completely redesigned interior, which is highlighted by a massive 33-inch high-resolution LED color touchscreen display spanning the gauge cluster and center stack lifted directly from the Cadillac Lyriq. In order to relay high-quality sound, the 2024 Cadillac XT4 features a 13-speaker audio system from AKG, along with 5G Wi-Fi hotspot technology as well as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The interior can be furnished with a few new colorways and materials, including Piano Black trim, genuine wood and carbon fiber.

The 2024 Cadillac XT4 also boasts plenty of active safety features, such as Blind Zone Steering Assist, Rear Cross Traffic Braking, and Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, while the Active Safety Package adds even more safety technologies, including Adaptive Cruise Control, New Intersection Automatic Emergency Braking, Enhanced Automatic Emergency Braking, Reverse Automatic Braking, HD Surround Vision, Rear Pedestrian Alert, an Enhanced version of Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, Side Bicyclist Alert, New Speed Limit Assist, and New Traffic Sign Recognition.

Meanwhile, the luxury marque’s semi-autonomous driver assist feature, Super Cruise, will be added the luxury crossover in the near future.

The 2024 Cadillac XT4 retain’s the current model’s single engine option: the turbocharged 2.0L I4 engine (production code LSY). The boosted gasoline four-cylinder is rated at 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, and is mated to the nine-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel-drive is standard while all-wheel-drive is optional.

Production of the 2024 Cadillac XT4 is expected to kick off in April 2023 at the Fairfax plant in Kansas.

  1. I know we’re enveloped in a WOKE ideology of division in our Nation at this time, with all manner of factions crying for attention that frankly is only there to divide us, as one Nation. To preach in Marketing of how noble one is, says nothing about the Brand, what of ‘Equity’ and ‘Justice’ is Cadillac so upset with? I’m reminded of Michael Jordan, arguably the greatest Basketball player and Icon of Sport of all time, when some tried to pidgeon-hole him on who he sells his shoes to, his response, very succinctly, “Republicans buy Sneakers too!” Does Cadillac want to sell Vehicles at the Confessional or Altar at Holy Communion or are all Faiths, Races, Genders welcome?

  2. I’ve owned this car twice.. it’s terrible that they don’t upgrade the engine. It’s an awesome car with the engine. Is it down fall.. it’s loud, sounds clunky and has underwhelming power..

    • Have you tried the 2.0 liter competitors from Audi, BMW Mercedes, Infiniti, Alfa Romeo? They’re the same if not worse when it comes to base engines. The 2.0L in the Caddy is just fine as the base engine.

If you want more power, get the V or the 550T… it’s as simple as that.
