The 2023 Cadillac CT5-V arrives with just a handful of changes and updates over the 2022 model, including a new Driver Assist Package as standard and a new CT5 Bronze Accent Package. However, the 2023 CT5 loses the Diamond Sky Special Edition Package, replacing it with the new CT5 Blue Accent package.
The 2023 Cadillac CT5-V is powered by the higher-output version of the twin-turbo 3.0L V6 engine (production code LGY), rated at 360 horsepower and 405 pound-feet of torque. The boosted six connects to Cadillac’s 10-speed automatic transmission, the only gearbox offered on the CT5-V. Rear-wheel-drive is standard and all-wheel-drive is optional.
The Cadillac CT5 is underpinned by the Alpha 2 platform, which is shared with the Cadillac CT4. Production began at the Lansing Grand River plant in Michigan on July 18th, 2022. Production of the 2024 model year will start on July 10th, 2023.
