The problem: the high voltage harness in affected units of the 2023 Cadillac Lyriq may contact a sharp edge on the high voltage battery case.
The hazards: if the high voltage harness contacts the sharp edge of the battery case, it could cause the harness to be worn through.
The fix: a dealership technician will install anti-abrasion tape to the sharp edge of the battery case and secure the high voltage battery harness.
Affected components: high voltage battery harness, high voltage battery case.
Affected vehicles: 2023 Cadillac Lyriq.
