Back in August of last year, Cadillac Society was the first to report that the 2021 CT5 luxury sedan would become available with the Diamond Sky Special Edition package. Today, we’re presenting you real-world photos of the 2021 Cadillac CT5 Diamond Sky Special Edition thanks to photographs passed along to us.
A surefire way to identify a CT5 Diamond Sky Edition is by its Diamond Sky Metallic exterior color, which is exclusive to models equipped with the package. Though the grille featured on models equipped with the package is the same as it is on Luxury and Premium luxury models, the unit on the Diamond Sky model features unique bright accents and surrounds to set it apart.
The 2021 Cadillac CT5 Diamond Sky wears a unique set of 19-inch alloy wheels finished in Diamond Cut Midnight Silver. The unique rollers are wrapped in all-season run flat tires. A set of 20-inch alloy wheels with a Polished/Dark Android Gloss finish are optional. For exemplary stopping power, the Diamond Sky package offers Brembo V Performance front brakes and stylish blue brake calipers all around.
Additionally, the CT5 Diamond Sky Special Edition package features body-color rocker moldings and extensions, as well as a body-color rear diffuser.
The package also includes neutral-density tail lamps (with gray tinted transparent outer lenses). This is the first time Cadillac has made neutral-density tail lamps available on a Premium Luxury model, as they’re usually reserved for Sport and V-Series trim levels. Typically, Luxury and Premium Luxury models feature red tail lamps.
Inside, the CT5 Diamond Sky Special Edition features seats upholstered in Sky Cool Gray primary color with Jet Black accents and Diamond Fall seat perforations. Also part of the package is Galaxy wood trim and sporty alloy pedals. The Diamond Sky theme is carried right down to the key fob, which is finished in Diamond Sky Metallic to match the vehicle’s exterior color.
The CT5 Diamond Sky package is available exclusively on the Premium Luxury models, as per Cadillac’s latest Y-trim level strategy. The package also includes the Climate Package, which adds heated and ventilated seats for the driver and front passenger, as well as a heated steering wheel.
