The 2022 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing slots in as the range-topping performance model in the CT4 range, offering a combination of track-ready performance and a luxurious cabin. Among the model’s available customization opportunities are three wheel choices, which we detail below.
All 2022 CT4-V Blackwing wheels are aluminum alloys measuring 18 inches in diameter, while width sizing is set at 9 inches in front and 9.5 inches in back. The difference between the three wheel choices is finish and design.

The standard wheel for the 2022 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing is the 18-inch forged aluminum alloy with 10 spokes and a Polished/Dark Android finish. The standard wheels are tagged with production code R38.
Alternatively, buyers can opt into 18-inch alloy wheels with a Satin Graphite finish. These rollers offer the same 10-spoke design as the standard 18-inch wheel, but with a new finish. The production code for these wheels is R37, with pricing set at $600.
Finally, the 2022 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing is offered with optional 18-inch aluminum alloy wheels with a Tech Bronze finish. These particular wheels rock a sporty split-spoke design that looks even more aggressive than the standard rollers, while the Tech Bronze finish adds a bespoke aura to the mix. These wheels are tagged with production code RRR. As of this writing, pricing for these has not yet been announced.
To note, the 2022 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing is equipped as standard with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, which are sized at 255/35R18 in front, and 275/35ZR18 in the rear. These tires were developed exclusively for the V-Series Blackwing models, and feature a multi-compound tread composition with a race-ready R compound used for the majority of the tread.
Behind the wheels, the Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing features standard Brembo brakes with six-pot calipers in front and four-pot calipers in the rear, plus 14.96-inch rotors for the former, and 13.4-inch rotors for the latter.
