Cadillac U.S. Sales Increase 14 Percent To 12,338 Units In February 2018
Cumulative U.S. sales of GM’s Cadillac brand increased 14 percent to 12,338 units in February 2018. The sales were comprised of 10,261 retail sales and 2,077 fleet sales:
Retail sales increased 6.8 percent or 650 units to 10,261 vehicles, representing 83.2 percent of total Cadillac sales in February 2018. That compares to 9,611 retail sales in February 2017, which represented 88.8 percent of total Cadillac sales.
Fleet sales increased 71.4 percent or 865 units to 2,077 vehicles, representing 16.8 percent of total Cadillac sales in February 2018. That compares to 1,212 fleet sales in February 2017, which represented 11.2 percent of total Cadillac sales.

Since the beginning of 2018, the Cadillac Escalade has gained significant retail market share and posted large increases in average transaction prices (ATPs) despite new competition in the segment.
Through February, Escalade retail sales are up 10 percent, retail segment share is up 3 percentage points and transaction prices are considerably higher, rising about $1,400 per unit to more than $82,700.
Cadillac SRX sales decreased 95.24 percent to 1 units; the vehicle has been discontinued and replaced by the XT5
