2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ Pricing Revealed

The 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ made its official debut in August 2023, reimagining the luxury marque’s incredibly popular nameplate as a full-size electric luxury SUV. Now, we’ve gotten our hands on the starting prices for each of the luxury SUV’s trim levels.

Including the $2,290 destination freight charge (DFC), the base 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ Luxury 1 will begin at a cool $129,900, while the Sport 1 trim will start at $130,490. The Escalade IQ Luxury 2 trim will start at quite a bit more at $149,990, while the most expensive starting price will be tacked to the Sport 2 trim at $150,490.

At its release, Cadillac revealed that the Escalade IQ would start at approximately $130,000, and its official pricing is almost exactly in line with that figure, and it’s certainly a pretty penny. The Escalade IQ will be so expensive, in fact, that it will not qualify for the Federal EV Tax Credit. As a reminder, the Tax Credit is only applicable toward vans, SUVs, and pickups whose purchase price does not exceed $80,000. Unfortunately, the Escalade IQ’s starting price is far greater than that, meaning its buyers will not be able to take advantage of the tax credit.

Check out the starting price for each Escalade IQ trim level below.

As a reminder, the 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ rides on the BT1 platform and is capable of delivering a maximum 450 miles of driving range on a single charge, along with 680 horsepower and 615 pound-feet of torque in Normal Mode. Engaging Max Mode coaxes 750 horsepower and 785 pound-feet of torque from the electric driveline.

Assembly of the luxury electric SUV will be handled at the Detroit-Hamtramck plant (also known as Factory Zero), where the start of regular production (SORP) is expected to kick off in early October 2024.
