The Cadillac Society Take

Cadillac Mexico sales posted a healthy increase during February, adding to the solid increase of 56 percent in January. In this fashion, the luxury marque strengthens the solid performance it experienced during the first part of the 2024 calendar year in the Latin country, while also marking its second consecutive monthly increase in sales in the Mexican market, where it markets a limited range of models.

The February increase was driven by the Cadillac XT5, which experienced a 62 percent uptick that added a modest yet notable increase of eight units on a year-over-year basis. In addition, the Cadillac Lyriq saw its first full month of deliveries in Mexico, recording 12 deliveries. That represents the best sales figure to date in the local market for the battery electric crossover SUV, which continues to arrive at select Cadillac dealerships around the country.

The Cadillac Escalade maintained its sales volume of 58 units. The full-size luxury SUV continued to lead its segment while also being the best-selling Cadillac model in Mexico. On the other hand, February was the second consecutive month in which the Cadillac XT4 saw zero deliveries in the Mexican market, where the model has an inventory of zero units as the refreshed 2024 model has not yet launched there.
