This 2023 Cadillac Escalade Wheel Is No Longer Available To Order

One set of dealer-installed wheels for the 2023 Cadillac Escalade are no longer available to order for the remainder of the model year, Cadillac Society has learned.

The wheel set in question is the 22-inch Multi-Spoke Polished alloys with Dark Android Gloss Finish (production code SEY). These wheels are an LPO-level accessory, which means that they are installed at the dealer rather than at the factory. The 2023 Cadillac Escalade on which the wheels are to be installed is shipped from the factory with a set of temporary 22-inch wheels that must then be returned to the factory.

When they are available, the 22-inch Multi-Spoke Polished alloy wheels add an extra $2,295 to the overall cost of the 2023 Cadillac Escalade. They are only offered on Luxury, Premium Luxury Platinum and Sport Platinum trim levels. They are not offered on the high-performance 2023 Cadillac Escalade-V.

This is not the first time this particular set of wheels has been constrained from the Cadillac Escalade. They were also made unavailable in early 2021 alongside the 22-inch 12-Spoke Chrome alloy wheels (production code SET).

The 2023 Cadillac Escalade continues to ride on the body-on-frame T1 vehicle platform and is offered with a choice of two engines for the “regular” model. The first is the naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 gasoline engine (production code L87), capable of 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. This engine is standard on the Escalade, and models with this motor wear the 600 badge on the liftgate. Meanwhile, the turbodiesel 3.0L I6 engine (production code LM2) is optional. It’s rated at 277 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque; models with this engine used the 600D badge out back. Both engines mate to Cadillac’s 10-speed automatic transmission.
