The 2023 Cadillac Escalade-V represents the highest echelon of performance from the full-size luxury SUV range, bringing a very powerful supercharged engine to the iconic Escalade nameplate. The model only recently began production in July of this year, but a pre-owned example of the high-performance SUV is already up for auction on Cars & Bids.
This particular 2023 Cadillac Escalade-V is finished in Black Raven and has just 310 miles on the odometer, meaning that this high-performance luxury SUV is virtually brand new. It includes 22-inch wheels, the Air Ride Adaptive suspension with Magnetic Ride Control and six-piston Brembo brakes at the front.
Inside, the Escalade-V features the complimentary Jet Black interior, along with heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear outboard seats and the impressive AKG 36-speaker surround sound system. Infotainment controls can be accessed by way of the 16.9-inch diagonal touch screen common to all fifth-generation Escalades, while the 14.2-inch diagonal digital instrument cluster relays the necessary information to the driver.
Of course, the 2023 Cadillac Escalade-V is motivated by the luxury marque’s supercharged 6.2L V8 engine (production code LT4). That eight-cylinder powerhouse is capable of a whopping 682 horsepower and 653 pound-feet of torque, making the Escalade-V the most powerful Cadillac ever made. That engine bolts to Caddy’s ten-speed automatic transmission, throwing power to all four wheels for optimal traction.
This vehicle has only had one owner, who purchased it brand new in September 2022. It still sports its window sticker from the dealership, which indicates that this 2023 Cadillac Escalade-V had an MSRP of $151,665. At the time of this writing, the high bid is $147,500, and will likely surpass its original price before the auction closes on October 17th.
It is worth noting, however, that Cadillac’s parent company, General Motors, recently implemented a mandatory six-month ownership period for the Cadillac Escalade-V, as reported by our sister publication, GM Authority. The automaker will limit the transferability of certain vehicle warranties if this requirement is not honored. Considering that this particular Cadillac Escalade-V has only been owned for approximately one month, it does not meet the required six-month ownership period and will likely be subjected to limited warranty transferability.
