While crossovers and SUVs continue to dominate the sales charts, there are still some auto enthusiasts out there with a taste for a lower stance and longer roofs – i.e., the wagon body style. Like those folks, we here at Cadillac Society are suckers for a well-wrought wagon, especially when it’s packing the performance goodies under the skin. As such, we decided to render up the following Cadillac CT4-V wagon.
Cadillac is certainly no stranger to the go-fast, long-roof combo, as fans of the now-extinct CTS-V wagon already know full well. And while we’d love to see our hypothetical Cadillac CT4-V wagon arrive in dealers, a wagon variant of the CT4 is, unfortunately, not in the works, now, or in the future, for that matter. As such, we created this rendering just to see what it might look like.
Up front, we find the familiar Cadillac CT4-V front fascia, which looks good thanks to a mesh black grille and a pronounced lower fascia. Cadillac’s signature vertical accent lights join up with a horizontal lighting element to make for quite an attractive headlight treatment. The grille is complemented by dark exterior accents, as well as 18-inch wheels with a black finish.
As soon as we start moving towards the back, the Cadillac CT4-V wagon’s unique design starts to come to light. Rather than the standard three-box layout found on the sedan model, our sport wagon gets an extra bit of glass over the cargo area, which leads to another rear pillar that falls back into a squared-off hatch section.
The rear end of our Cadillac CT4-V wagon takes inspiration from the second-generation Cadillac CTS wagon, and folds in well with the wrap-around taillamp design. The exhaust pipes are housed in a black lower valance, while the extra space in back provides loads of new cargo room.
Sexy styling, a car-like driving demeanor, and loads of space in the rear? We’ll take it. With a six-speed stick, pretty please.

And we have some ideas about how this will be accomplished.
