The United Arab Emirates has received its own exclusive new Cadillac model in the way of the 2020 Cadillac XT6 Midnight Edition.
Cadillac and its local distributing partner in the UAE, Al Ghandi Auto , say the new Cadillac XT6 Midnight Edition will help attract new buyers in the region, where the company says customers “always like to push boundaries when it comes to styling cues and personalization.”
The Cadillac XT6 Midnight Edition is based on the Premium Luxury trim level and features exclusive 20-inch black aluminum-alloy wheels and wheel nuts, 3M Crystalline Window Tint, Zilon black paint protection, a gloss black painted grille and gloss black side mirrors, door handles and bumpers.
Additionally, this special edition Cadillac XT6 model will come with the Cadillac Premium Care plan as standard “to keep the special vehicle in optimum condition,” the automaker says. The Cadillac Premium Care Plan includes a complimentary first maintenance visit with a multi-point inspection, oil and filter change and tire rotation. Cadillac UAE customers also have the option to choose the Premium Care Plus package, which expands on the offer with a 5-year warranty, roadside assistance and additional included service and maintenance.
All XT6 Midnight Edition models are powered by the naturally-aspirated 3.6L V6 engine (production code LGX) making 310 horsepower (231 kW) and 271 pound-feet of torque and mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission with Electronic Precision Shift technology. Front-wheel drive is standard, while all-wheel-drive is available as an option. Just like the North American spec Cadillac XT6, the model sold in the UAE offers seating for up to seven passengers with three rows of space, however buyers can also opt for the six-passenger layout with the available middle row captain’s chair configuration.
The 2020 Cadillac XT6 Midnight Edition is available to buy in the UAE now.
