The Cadillac CT6 may have been discontinued in the U.S., but that doesn’t interested buyers can’t find select examples still sitting on dealer lots. For example, take this particular CT6 from the 2019 model year, which can be found in Florida at a significant discount.
This particular 2019 Cadillac CT6 is from the Sport trim level, which was only offered for the 2019 model year and subsequently discontinued for 2020. The Sport trim included a host of performance-flavored aesthetic enhancements, including new ground effects, a rear spoiler, dark window moldings, body-colored lower door moldings, and unique 19-inch wheels, all as standard. The cabin is also equipped with Carbon Fiber trim bits.
Under the hood is a twin-turbocharged 3.0L V6 engine (production code LGW), which is tuned to deliver 404 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque. Output is sent through a 10-speed automatic transmission, which feeds all four wheels.
Outside, we see this Cadillac CT6 draped in Crystal White Tricoat paint, while the interior is finished in Dark Auburn upholstery and Jet Black accents. This model also comes with the Comfort and Technology package, which tosses in tech goodies like a Rear Camera Mirror, 12-inch diagonal color gauge cluster, Head-Up Display, ventilated front seats, and heated rear outboard seats.
The odometer reads 4,513 miles.
Now, interested buyers will find it on offer from Huston Cadillac Buick GMC in Lake Wales, Florida, at a considerable discount. While the original MSRP was set at $70,815, a $6,000 manufacturer’s discount and $11,300 dealer discount knock that price tag down to just $53,515.
To sum up, this 2019 Cadillac CT6 Sport is a discontinued trim level of a discontinued model, so it isn’t surprising to see it tagged with so many discounts. That said, some dealer like to play games and stack discounts that don’t necessarily apply to everyone in order to achieve the most attractive price, so bear that in mind.
