When the 2019 Cadillac XT4 debuted at the New York International Auto Show, arguably the biggest complaint about the vehicle was the treatment of the front clip.
Specifically, (some of) the critics were all up in arms that the lower part of the XT4’s front bumper cover is a black plastic hue, rather than being painted the color of the vehicle. So it was only natural that we set out to address that very grievance in the latest Cadillac Society rendering. Using a photo of the XT4 that we took during the New York Auto Show, we painted the front clip to match the Autumn Metallic primary exterior color that adorns the rest of the vehicle in the image.
Without tooting our own horn too much, we must say that we do like how the 2019 XT4 looks with the lower front clip finished to match the rest of the vehicle, rather than left black – as in the production model.
