I just bought a used 2022 XT4 Luxury with 9K miles. The heated seats have been done in Oct of 2022 and are working front and rear. Still waiting for the steering wheel and the rear park sensors. I called Cadillac customer service and they said I should be notified by the end of March on the other repairs (steering wheel and rear park sensors) I guess I will see what happens. I like very much the styling of the car and how it preforms. The couple of issues I am not thrilled with is the road noise and very hard ride. Disappointing to say the least. Has anyone had any luck with reducing some of the road noise and hard ride? Sorry if I added something other than the steering wheel issue in the main topic. As you can tell I am new to this forum.
