My dad had several cadillacs and I’m on my 4th, two at the moment. Never any issues out of the ordinary wear and tear stuff.
My 2011 has 129K on it runs perfect.
My 2015 V-Sport with TRIFECTA TUNE runs like an animal with no issues.
We would need more info on this case to make a call for “bad quality”
