ParticipantI’ve had some of these very same problems happen to my Cadillac ATS (2018). I noticed that my queue screen only freezes during really cold weather. I do park in the garage, but it shouldn’t do that regardless of the temperature. The screen is what operates everything in the car, climate control, the radio, etc. I need the screen to be able to operate regardless of the temperature. I bought the car from Carvana in 2021. I did get an extended warranty, and it’s through GM. So should I need to replace the screen, that will be done and covered under the warranty. My problem is, if I bring it to the dealership and it doesn’t act up at the dealership, they dismiss it and send me home, and then I’m right back to square one. Another thing that I find annoying is every time I bring it to the dealership, they want to slap it onto the computer, to the tune of $240 dollars. Mechanics nowadays don’t want to do anything without first putting it on the computer. So before I can even have my car looked at, I get soaked with a $240 dollar bill, which by the way, that’s not covered under my extended warranty.

ParticipantI’m obviously in the same situation as the previous blogger. I have a 2018 Cadillac ATS premium luxury. I’ve only owned the car for about 5 months, and it looks as though the tires have never been changed on the car. This fall I’d like to replace all 4 tires and I was thinking of replacing them with just regular michelin tires. I’ve never heard of the run flat tires. They do appear to look somewhat small for the vehicle. That being said, has anyone commented on whether or not we can buy regular tires for the car?
