I just got my XTS in December, so far the two most of obvious problems with these cars are the glove box actuators and the Que Stereos. 1. The glove box will fail due to insufficient actuators. I didn’t want to replace them with the same parts that will fail again, so I ordered some industrial velcro heavy duty duty strips from Amazon and installed them where the glove box lid makes contact with the actual box, after I drilled and installed rivits with washers on all four corners of the velcro. The glove box closes great now, investment $6.00. 👌 the other problem is the touch stereo what a POS mine was stuck on one station and I didn’t know it till after I bought the car, buyer beware. $700 to $1,500 to replace it, what a racket. It should of been a recall issue. Other than that I really like the car 🚗 best regards, Tom Mitchell.
