SRX KEY REMOTE not working

SRX KEY FOB REMOTE not working. Specifically, only the close doors button is not working or working erratically or working and not lights up or a variation of this erratic game. I have cleaned changed battery changed the remote with another original and still jocking with me. The manufacturer pros will get certainly my poor 500$ only to check this. Followed YouTube and manuals INFOS and nothing. All other buttons works beautifully like Ford. But the closed doors button is forcing me to use the key to close the doors and run. Did somebody ever had such problems with the key fob?
