Has anybody received any email response to questions about the details of the SRX Headlight Reimbursement from the Settlement Administrator “Analytics”. Is it a waste of time trying to get general information from them about the details of how this Reimbursement works considering I never got mail about it and I heard that Cadillac/ GM are making exceptions to extending the 30 day extension made in June 2020 which a ridiculous small amount of time making the consideration of the COVID-19 situation as the main reason for the extension.
