My Cadillac has done the same thing 2 times this week. I know it’s not the key fob batteries. They’ve already been changed. Plus I got a brand new car battery about 4 months ago. What the heck is going on & how can it be fixed.

I’m experiencing the same problem with my 2023 XT5. Trouble unlocking the doors, or remote not being “found” to start the car. I’ve changed the battery twice this year to no avail. It should be able to detect my remote when it’s in my pants pocket.

Problem solved. Remote went bad. Warranty covers a new one for me.

I have a 2020XT5. Very,Very low milage, My fob did the same as yours. I found that I had a plastic case that blocked the signal. Since I removed the case PROBLEM SOLVED.
