The 2025 Cadillac XT6 offers the optional Platinum Package for certain trim levels, and Cadillac Society has now learned that the bundle now includes Super Cruise, the luxury marque’s semi-autonomous driver assister feature.
The Platinum Package (production code JSE) now contains Super Cruise (production code UKL) and Night Vision (production code UV3). As a reminder, this package is optional on the 2025 Cadillac XT6 Premium Luxury and Sport trims.
Content included in the Platinum Package is as follows (relevant production codes listed in parentheses):
Note that the Sport trim of the 2025 XT6 Sport already includes the Real-time damping suspension chassis and Performance suspension as standard, which is why they are only added to the bundle for the XT6 Premium Luxury.
As was the case for the 2024 model year, in order to outfit the 2025 Cadillac XT6 with the Platinum Package, several packages must first be added. This includes the Technology Package (production code Y4N), the Driver Assist Package (production code Y66), the Security Cargo Shade (production code VGF) and the Premium headlamp system (production code UWN). It’s also important to note that the Semi-Aniline leather seats are only available in two specific interior colorways: Jet Black with Jet Black accents and Bronze Carbon Fiber trim (production code H2U), or Maple Sugar with Jet Black accents and Fineline Calico Wood trim (production code HMS).
Additionally, Super Cruise can only be ordered as a standalone option for Premium Luxury and Sport trims, and it’s not available at all on the base Luxury trim. Just like the 2024 model, Super Cruise requires the Technology Package, Driver Assist Package, Premium headlamp system, along with Real-time damping suspension package and Performance suspension for Premium Luxury models only.
As of this writing, pricing for the 2025 Cadillac XT6 – and subsequently, the Platinum Package – is not yet available, but considering 2024 XT6 pricing for the Platinum Package, Super Cruise, Night Vision, as well as the other required options and packages, it adds up to $13,590 for Premium Luxury and $12,650 for Sport.
Note that the 2025 Cadillac XT6 will not be able to take advantage of the latest Super Cruise capabilities. This is because the Cadillac XT6 does not utilize the luxury marque’s Global B electrical architecture. Instead, the XT6 uses the previous generation, known as Global A, which is less advanced and not as powerful when it comes to processing speed and power.
