Sun Roof Shade

I just had the same thing happen on my ’05, the pot metal which is riveted to the track broke on the left side. It is a terrible design which apparently has carried over to your ’14.

I investigated, through a very good body shop a fix which was to bond the whimpy part to the frame, unfortunately it did not work.

One would have to buy the entire frame, drill out the miniature pop rivets; no part replacement for that is available.

Maybe one could find someone to do a 3D print, if you have both parts.
