SRX shakes while braking

Have replaced the Rotor, Pad & Calipers and checked all the tie rod ends but my SRX still shakes while braking. Someone on another forum said it might be the CV Joints but before I could ask them I lost the post. They said something about having to replaced the whole front axle and not just the CV Joints & Axle Hubs?
