Oil grade for a 2022 XT4 2.0L?

My Caddy dealer changed my oil the other day on my 2022 XT4 and when I looked at the receipt it showed 5w30 syn oil, I know the owners manual says 0w20 grade so I questioned it and he said because it is a TURBO 2.0L we put in 5w30 syn oil. I told him what the manual said and he said TURBOS need 5w30. What gives here?? I even questioned the manager and he said the same thing. What should I do or should I not worry about it. The car has approx 11K miles on it.
