Hi all you Cadillac fans,
I have a 2011 Cadillac STS. 2 weeks ago, I had to replace my battery. No, I didn’t use “jumper cables” to the battery connectors to keep my information intact. Once the new battery was installed, everything worked except my clock. I checked high and low to try and find the information so I could insert a cd with the computer data into my system and bring my clock and my GPS back.
I figured using this avenue might help. On Youtube, someone brought his system back but didn’t tell where he got the address from. I know this is a shot in the dark, however the next step is contacting Cadillac Technical Support to see what they could do for me. If anyone out in the community could let me know where to get the address, I really appreciate it.
