Hi gang hopefully someone here can help .I have CT6 V6Twin Turbo luxury 49 K miles.MycCUE system on start up got a blank screen with some bars the other day. Everything I see talks about a little hidden storage underneath the the AC controls but trust mine dosent have one.They all say ” Open this little storage space its a couple USB ports in there then start the car then turn it off open you car door for 60seconds and it will reset.The trouble is I don’t have that storage space.Has anyone had to reset their CUE system on a 2018 CT6?
I called the Caddey garage and hell I knew more then the guy I talked to and they want to sell me a new CUE for $1200 bucks! There has to be a way to reset this.
