Viewing the SRX Forum on your site you will notice many customer issues with water getting in the headlights. GM US has a program although people must “Beg” to get reimbursed. The issues are mostly for the water “fogging” in the low beams to the point that driving with low beams is almost impossible and dangerous, even freezing in cold weather. My 2010 Cadillac SRX has this issue. GM Canada has told me that this program does is not available in Canada. All vehicles are made in Mexico so why does this problem not exist as per GM Canada? Cost – about $2000.00. Some owners have removed the headlights and re-sealed. Labour requires front end parts to be removed and replaced about 4 hours. Must a serious event occur for some GM reaction – (Maybe lawsuit). Thanks Tony S Morrison
Low beam are absolutly usless on my 2015 SRX, A HAND HELD FLASHLIGHT HAS MORE BRIGHTNESS. Night driving with high beam is a must. Low beam is dangerous at night…Why is ther no recall? Where is their Caddilac leadership?
