Cadillac ATS 2018 – Wireless Charging

I can’t seem to get the wireless charger in my car to work for my phone. I have an Android (Samsung Galaxy S10). I have a wireless charger in my home, and it charges perfectly on the charger. My neighbor has an iphone (one of the smaller ones) and he came over and slapped it in the charger in the car, and his phone began to charge. I don’t understand why my phone doesn’t charge. Any advice?
