Has anyone tried to order a 2025 Escalade? Have you noticed how, unlike 2021, you cannot set your order up on the Cadillac site? You can build, but you are then directed to “inventory” or to a dealer. Has anyone found a dealer that is not charging a mark up? I know it’s early, but this looks like it could be “worse” for customers than the 2021 release.

I had my order in with my dealer the first day Cadillac was receiving orders for the 2025 models. I have been asking my dealership for progress reports. This is the response from this week’s letter with my dealership. We can’t get anything built and GM will not give us any build dates.
Also, if someone comes in, we have nothing to show 0 inventory.

It is not only Cadillac I can’t even get a low trim level GMC Yukon built.
Yet I see on Facebook that customers are receiving their orders.
I wish Cadillac were to communicate better.
