I received a decent front license plate bracket (in a sack) with my 2022 XT5 and see no way to attach it. My dealer has had so few cars in the last year that I have been unable to find one on the lot that has a bracket mounted. I am going to have to start eyeballing every one I spot in a parking lot to find out if I need to do without or resort to drilling holes—which I have been unwilling to do.

Anybody know if I need to drill holes in painted sheet metal to have a front license plate?

I believe that my XT5 has 4 screws mounting the license plate bracket to the front bumper.

I mounted the license plate bracket under the front bumper using toggle bolts inserted through the bottom grill.
