2017 XT5 drivers side mirror moving down

I am having problems with my drivers side mirror moving down after I turn my 2017 XT5 off and open the drivers door. I have the reverse mirror change option turned off. I’ve tried re setting the driver 1 setting to see if that helps but it don’t . Anyone have a solution to this problem?
