Passenger Front Spring and Strut

I have a 2020 XT5 with 769 miles on it. I had a terrible clunking and grinding noise when I turned right. I had it towed to the dealer and he said it was a twisted spring and strut on the passenger side front. He said I was the second person to have this issue.

Has anyone experienced this or heard of it? I mean 769 miles and it breaks!!!

Yes I have this problem first they replaced shock brackets didn’t stop noise. Now they have to replace strut. 15000 miles. Was told they have try different things when relating to suspension. This shouldn’t be happening, 2021 xt5, not driven much
